Canadian customers: Brand new, unworn products, with original tags attached, can be exchanged within 30 days of placing your order, unless otherwise indicated. Just fill in this form with your order details and we'll send you an email with a return shipping label and instructions. We offer free shipping on all exchanges within Canada. Returns are possible within the same 30 day period, and are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Refund payments will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

American customers: Brand new, unworn products with original tags attached can be exchanged within 30 days from the date the order was placed. (No returns or refunds are possible for international orders at this time.) The cost of shipping your original product back to our office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is not covered, and is the responsibility of the customer. Fill in this form and we'll get in touch soon to help you facilitate your exchange.
